How do I make an appointment?
Please call our salon (02 4938 3809) in our trading hours and speak with one of friendly therapists who can help you choose the right treatment.
When should I arrive for my treatment?
We suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself time to change.
What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time available for your treatment as it is unfair to hold up the next person. Please ensure you arrive on time to experience the total benefits of your treatment.
What if I need to cancel?
As treatments times are especially reserved for you, 24 hours notice of cancellations is requested. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations of Gift Voucher appointments with less than 24 hours notice, or failing to arrive for your appointment 'no-show' will result in 50% reduction in the value of your gift voucher.
Unfortunately we are forced to invoke this policy, as a qualified therapist is being paid to provide you with the best possible service. If you fail to arrive for your appointment, or cancel at the last minute, another client has had to miss out & could have taken your appointment slot if notice had been given.
Why do you need my credit card details to book an appointment?
When booking any appointment 1 hour or longer in duration you will be asked to provide your credit card details to secure your booking. Your credit card will NOT be charged at this time. Your credit card will ONLY be charged in the event that you cancel your appointment without notice or simply do not arrive for your appointment. We are forced to have this policy in place as we provide highly trained beauty therapists to ensure excellent service for our clients. When an appointment is booked, the staff member is waiting & prepared just for you. Cancelling at the last minute or failing to show up for your appointment means other clients who wanted your appointment slot have missed out & your therapist has wasted her time preparing & waiting for you.
Mobile phone policy
To ensure the everyone enjoys their treatment it is essential that all MOBILE PHONES ARE TURNED OFF when entering the salon.
Please Note: we do not have facilities to cater for children. If you wish to bring your child, please notify a staff member when you make your booking so we can ensure that there are no other relaxation treatments occurring at the same time.
